Meet The Team

Danyale Potts is currently a Diploma On Coordinator for Intermediate District 287 where works with students, their families, and their schools to re-engage them in a school setting to help them obtain their high school diploma. She started with ISD 287 in 2014 as an Education Assistant where she worked will with students ages 14 – 21. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a Minor in Youth Studies from the University of Minnesota   

Danyale has been an Executive Pastor for Real Believers Faith Center since 2008 where she oversees all of the departments and auxiliaries. Prior to being the Executive Pastor, she was the Youth Director and worked with all of the youth ages 12 – 18.

Danyale is also the Assistant Artistic Director of Les Jolies Petites School of Dance. Since 2002, she has taught ballet and modern dance to Advanced and Intermediate students, she is in charge of the student teaching program, and assists with building the curriculum.     

Dion Cook is currently a Paraprofessional with the Intermediate School District 287, where he provides behavior support and assistance to students, assists teachers in the classroom as well as provide academic support to students. He also brings experience as a Program Coordinator at Gracelyn Group. There he mentored and taught daily living skills to residents, implemented behavioral intervention strategies, and helped residents cultivate community connections.

Dion is also a Management Team Pastor at Real Believers Faith Center along with being a Youth Development Coordinator. In this role, he provide a safe space for youth to discuss their complex trauma that they may have, provide emotional support, and lead program activities. 

Sunsearay Washington is a Management Team Pastor for Real Believers Faith Center where oversees the operation of the Children’s Ministry Department. She builds curriculum for children ages 5-11, coordinates fun and stimulating activities, and makes sure staff are properly trained. Ms. Washington brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from being the owner and operator of Sunny Days Child Care Center for over 10 years. She also worked as an Elementary Teacher for Intermediate School District 287 for nearly 15 years.

Ms. Washington has a passion for children and has also been a Foster Parent for both Anoka County and Hennepin County for the past 3 years,

Tyrone Williams currently works as a HVAC Repair Technician. He installs and repairs heating and air conditioning units in residential and commercial properties. He also works as a Construction Manager at Poppy Construction. There he monitors and evaluates progress, contract compliance, and safety. Prior to this, Mr. Williams worked as a Transport Operator for Metro Transit.

Mr. Williams is a Management Team Pastor for Real Believers Faith Center. In this role, he oversees the Evangelism department where he coordinates outreach activities with parishioners to engage residents of the community. He received his HVAC BP/EP Certification and Licensure on May 2022.

Jordan Woods currently works as an Education Assistant at Intermediate School District 287 where he deals directly with young men that have been incarcerated and enrolled in the High School Completion Program. Mr. Woods provides educational and behavioral support in Juvenile Detention Centers. Mr. Woods also draws experience from being a Behavioral Support Specialist for Gracelyn Group. There he implemented behavioral intervention strategies and provided daily support to the residents.

Mr, Woods is also Team Management Pastor at Real Believers Faith Center and oversees the complete operation of the Audio/Visual department. He responsibilities include making sure all video and marketing content is created and displayed on all communication platforms including social media platforms. He owns his own graphic design company that gives him the tools and skills he needs oversee his department efficiently.

Welcome Team Department Head 

Emily Neuhaus is a Minister at Real Believers Faith Center and oversees the Finance Department. She keeps record of all gifts and donations that are received from members as well as outside donors. She makes sure that the financial books are in order. Emily draws her financial background from her Associate’s Degree in Finance and Accounting. She also worked as an Accounting Clerk for Burnet Title. In this role, she made sure incoming wire transfers were properly recorded and deposited. She also created deposits for check and cash payments received for closings.

Ms. Neuhaus is also the owner and Property Manager of a multifamily property. In this role, creates contracts leases with tenants, makes sure monthly rent payments are deposited on time, inspect occupied and vacant units to plan renovations, complete repairs, and make sure the interior and exterior of the property is properly maintained.
